• Gilroy man, 34, Aug. 25 at 1:19 a.m. near the crossing of IOOF Avenue and the Lewis Street Bridge for one felony charge.
Assault with deadly weapon
• Anaheim woman, 56, Aug. 23 at 10:20 a.m. near the intersection of Wren Avenue and First Street for one felony charge, second-degree burglary, petty theft with three or more priors and battery.
• Gilroy woman, 24, Aug. 28 at 9:13 p.m. on the 500 block of Stoney Court for one felony charge and felony causing or permitting a child to suffer.

Battery
• Gilroy man, 30, Aug. 29 at 2:40 a.m. near the intersection of Monterey and Howson streets for felony battery resulting in serious bodily injury.
• Gilroy man, 30, Aug. 30 at 8:15 p.m. near the intersection of Rosanna and Hanna streets.
• Gilroy man, 46, Aug. 30 at 11:11 p.m. near the intersection of Monterey and Seventh streets for battery against an elder or dependent.
Burglary
• Gilroy man, 32, Aug. 28 at 9:50 p.m. on the 400 block of First Street for burglary.
• Man with no listed address, 40, Aug. 30 at 2:53 a.m. on the 7500 block of Forest Street for felony first-degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance and indecent exposure.
Buying stolen property
• Gilroy man, 36, Aug. 29 at 7:59 p.m. on the 6100 block of Monterey Road for felony purchase or receipt of stolen vehicle or trailer.
Domestic violence
• Gilroy man, 52, Aug. 22 at 11:53 p.m. on the 1000 block of Montebello Drive for
felony infliction of bodily injury on a spouse or cohabitant.
• Gilroy man, 21, Aug. 23 at 3:33 p.m. on the 700 block of El Cerrito Way for felony infliction of bodily injury on a spouse or cohabitant.
• Gilroy man, 34, Aug. 24 at 9:50 p.m. on the 700 block of Gettysburg Way for felony infliction of bodily injury on a spouse or cohabitant.
• Gilroy man, 29, Aug. 25 at 12:16 p.m. on the 7500 block of Forest Street for three felony charges: threats to commit a crime resulting in injury or death, causing willful harm or injury to a child and inflicting bodily injury on a spouse or cohabitant.
•Gilroy man, 50, Aug. 26 at 12:03 a.m. on the 1200 block of Third Street for battery on a former spouse, fiancé or cohabitant.
• Gilroy man, 22, Aug. 28 at 2:24 a.m. on the 7700 block of Rosanna Street for violation of a protective order and battery on a former spouse, fiancé or friend.

Driving under the influence
