Roberto Diaz, 34, of the 9000 block of Kern Avenue, 5:41 p.m. Tuesday, near the intersection of Farrell and Wren avenues for possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

Cynthia Silva, 26, of Hollister, 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, at the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna Street, on a warrant.

Sara Gayle Barton, 23, of the 13000 block of Harding Avenue in San Martin, 9:35 p.m. Sunday, near the intersection of Masten Avenue and Monterey Road for possession of cocaine, transportation of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Possession of methamphetamine
Albert Harvey Fletcher, Jr., 51, of the 8200 block of Monterey Highway in San Jose, 3 p.m. Sunday, near the intersection of Monterey Highway and Blanchard Road in San Jose for possession of methamphetamine. Fletcher had been stopped for an outstanding no bail warrant when deputies found 3.5 grams of crystal methamphetamine in his vehicle.
Under the influence of a controlled substance
Debby Renee Borjas, 44, of the 7700 block of Whitehurst Road, 3 p.m. March 22, near the intersection of Masten Avenue and Manna Avenue in San Martin for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Trespassing
Paul Zabala, of the 6000 block of Frazier Lake Road, 8:30 a.m. Sunday, on the 1200 block of Bolsa Road for trespassing on cultivated land and rummaging through the property owner’s belongings as if attempting to steal property.

Helmut Rudi Hein, of the 540 block of Live Oak in Morgan Hill, 8:30 p.m. Saturday, near the intersection of Monterey Road and Palm Avenue in Morgan Hill.
Unlawful tree removal

Rebecca Danielle Luna, 27, of the 12800 block of Llagas Avenue in San Martin, 3:50 p.m. Friday, near the intersection of Llagas and East San Martin avenues in San Martin for possession of marijuana, lack of a front license plate and unlawfully tinted windows.
Other Sheriff’s incidents
Burglary
An unlocked storage shed on the 10700 block of Green Valley Drive was burglarized and costume jewelry was stolen between 6 p.m. Saturday and 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
Grand theft
Five vehicles on the 1000 block of Fitzgerald Avenue were burglarized between 11:30 p.m. Saturday and 6:30 a.m. Sunday. Four of the vehicles were unlocked, but the suspect or suspects broke the passenger window on the fifth vehicle to gain entry. Credit cards removed from this vehicle were used at two Gilroy businesses to charge $585.
Dependent abuse
The possible abuse of a dependent adult at the San Andreas Regional Center on the 13500 block of Columbet Avenue in San Martin was reported 4:30 p.m. March 22. Deputies found that a dependent adult had sustained injuries while housed at the center but the cause was not determined and no arrests were made.
