The Santa Clara County Tax Collector’s Office said a 10 percent penalty and a $20 fee will be added to any late payment. Residents may mail payments to 70 W. Hedding St. San Jose, Ca. 95110 or drop payments off at that location. Payments can also be made online with credit card or e-check at www.scctax.org. Property owners who need information on paying their taxes, can go to the Web site or call 808-7900.
