I was so happy to see the human interest story you did on the

Dear Editor,
I was so happy to see the human interest story you did on the two preschools coming together for Thanksgiving. Those are the kinds of articles that make it nice to live in a small town. It is especially nice to see an article about someone you know.
My daughter attended Terri’s Learning Tree for two years until she started kindergarten. I looked at every preschool in Morgan Hill and Gilroy and not until I walked into Terri’s door did I feel “I found the perfect place.” I was looking for a small preschool with individual attention – not a daycare that was masquerading as a preschool. I loved the home environment because even though we want our children to learn and socialize at a young age – we don’t necessarily want them in a “school” setting just yet. Terri was wonderful with my daughter Kathryn, who still adores Terri and calls her on a regular basis to tell her about kindergarten. And she was more than a teacher, she was a friend to me and offered much help with and advice about raising my daughter. This is truly a wonderful place for children to go to preschool, glad you took the time to do an article about her.
