Rosy and Rich Bergin, longtime owners of Rosy’s At The Beach restaurant and Bubbles Wine Bar in downtown Morgan Hill, are in the process of selling Bubbles Wine Bar, Rosy said Wednesday.
The Bergins are “in escrow” on the sale of the wine bar located at 17105 Monterey Road to a local couple who first expressed interest in buying the business a few months ago, Rosy added. The couple made an offer that the Bergins accepted.
The Bergins opened Bubbles Wine Bar in 2010 after the building was left vacant with the closure of the previous business, The Reserve, Rosy said.
The sale will not affect the Bergins’ restaurant Rosy’s At The Beach, 17320 Monterey Road, which the couple plans to keep, Rosy added.
