illness.
Robert “Bob” Fortino passed away on Wednesday, May 7, following a lengthy illness.
Bob was born in Gilroy 61 years ago where he attended local schools and worked as a sales supervisor in the beverage industry for most of his career. As a young man, he raced motorcycles competitively and later in life enjoyed frequent vacations to Nevada.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Margaret Fortino; his sons, Gordy and Tim Fortino and their wives Sandy and Annie; grandchildren, Ashley, Amy, Lukas and Niko Fortino; his father, Joe Fortino; and brothers, Jim and Joe and their wives Pat and Peggy and families. Memorial Services will he held at Habing Family Funeral Home on Monday at 6 p.m.
