GILROY – Rocha’s Drywall powered past the Titans 60-37 Wednesday to move to 2-0 in Men’s E League second-half action at South Valley.

Bryce Hall tossed in 18 points and Jose Maciel contributed 10 as Drywall remained atop the eight-team league. Arnold Tellez tallied 14 points and Craig Courtney added 10 for the Titans.

Pizza N Stuff-Toto Stingers joined Rocha’s in first place by thumping the Playaz 65-39. Alexis Rivas scored 19 of his game-high 23 points in the first half as the Stingers built a 35-14 advantage. Rudy Mirelez scored 16 points and Eduardo Gambra scored 12 for the winners. Paul Garcia struck for 11 points, Henry Huerta and Daniel DeLeon 10 apiece for the Playaz.

Chris Vigilante scored 16 points to lead Goldsmith Seeds by Stuft Pizza 43-29. Jim Singleton registered eight of his 10 Goldsmith points in the first half to help the Seeds to a 21-8 cushion. Al Gallegos scored nine points for Stuft Pizza.

Tony Maquinalez scored 17 points as Net Magic (1-1) topped Mitchell Excavation 68-41. Javier Armenta followed with 13 points for Net Magic, while Roger Hernandez anchored the Mitchell Excavation attack with 21 points.

Above the Rim is 2-0 atop the Women’s League after a 32-22 victory over Krazy Koyote-Dutchman’s Pizza Wednesday.

Christi Ledesma scored 10 of her game-high 13 points in the second half as Rim expanded an 11-9 intermission lead. Emelia Flores led the Pizza scorers with six points.

Maureen Hughes struck for six points to pace Williams Dental Lab past Togo’s 18-15. Mel Ponzio scored six points for Togo’s.

Nigel Williams made two free throws with three seconds left to give 2-0 Gaeta’s a 58-56 win over Dutchman’s Pizza-Krazy Koyote in Men’s D League play Tuesday.

Marmet Williams scored 21 points, Sonny Old Elk 14 and David Herrera 13 for Gaeta’s, the first-half champion. Mark Cisneros scored 24 points, Jon Michael Becerra 14 for the losers.

Morgan Hill Garage Door is 2-0 for the second half after a 68-65 edging of Fritter-Schulz Physical Therapy. Jacob Garcia led the Doors with 20 points, with Kurt Gitmed good for 15, Sig Reynisson 11. Justin Nicholson poured in 25 points, Josh Carter 12 and Gabe Gonzales 11 for Frittter-Schulz.

Don Hall powered for 25 points to give Headstart Nursery a 58-55 win over Handmade Healthcare. Bill Christopher scored 14 points, Randy Costa 10 for the winners. Marco Lopez and Britt Bigelow each scored 19 points, while Mike MmcAvoy scored 13 for Handmade, the first-half Men’s E champion.
