Visitation will be Sunday, November 17, 2013, from the hours of 12:00 noon until 3:00 P.M., at the Grunnagle Ament Nelson Funeral Home, 870 San Benito St., Hollister; followed by the recitation of the Rosary at Sacred Heart Church, 5th & College Streets, Hollister beginning at 4:00 P.M. The procession will leave the mortuary Monday morning at 9:30 P.M. for a Mass of The Resurrection at St. Benedict Church, 1100 Fairview Rd., beginning at 10:00 A.M. Interment, Calvary Cemetery.  Sally Ruiz Zuniga was born to Gregorio and Antonia Ruiz on April 24, 1940 in Hollister, CA. She passed away peacefully in her Hollister home on November 12, 2013.
 Sally attended local schools and graduated from San Benito High School. She worked at Tiffany Motor Company, San Benito High School, and retired from PG&E after 22 years of service.
 She enjoyed road trips with her nieces and friends and especially her trips to Lake Tahoe and Santa Barbara with her family. Sally loved shopping with her girls, caring for her garden, party planning, cooking, and playing with her grandchildren.
 She will be remembered for her lively spirit, her sense of humor, and her loving ways.
 She is survived lovingly by her husband of 52 years, Vincent Zuniga, her daughters, Yvonne Zuniga Perez, JoAnne Zuniga Kaplansky, her son-in-laws, David G. Perez, David Thomas Kaplansky, and by her most treasured grandchildren; Adrian Zuniga Perez, Marcos Zuniga Perez, Ana Zuniga Kaplansky and Reece Thomas Kaplansky. Sally is also survived by her sister Josephine Aguirre, her brother Tony Ruiz, and by numerous nieces, nephews and Godchildren.
 She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Eliodoro Ruiz, Clemente Ruiz, Esequiel Ruiz, Eleanor Diaz, and Erlinda Haro Carillo.
