The UCSC Theater Arts Center sponsors the 2003 festival season with “The Comedy of Errors, “Hamlet” and “Private Lives.”

Shakespeare Santa Crus is a nationally recognized Shakespeare festival.

In “The Comedy of Errors,” showing July 16 through Aug. 24, is the story of two sets of twin borthes who are separated in infancy and later reunite in comedic fashion.

“Private Lives,” running July 15 through Aug. 24 is a hilarious look at marriage divorce and everything in between.

“Hamlet,” July 27 through Aug. 24, is Shakespeare’s greatest tragedy, a story of a loyal son who discovers his father was murdered by his uncle and avenges his father’s demise.
