drug paraphernalia. Between 8 p.m. Jan. 29 and 2 p.m. Jan. 30,
Dellamagiore pried open the door of a residence on the 13500 block
of Uvas Road in Morgan Hill, according to police. The owner of the
house returned to find Dellamagiore sitting on his couch with her
duck. He told her to leave and she did. After she left, the owner
of the home noticed that camera equipment worth $750 was
missing.

Possession of a stolen vehicle
Pilar Albert Mena, 18, of Los Banos, and Mark Anthony Ybarra, 21, of Gilroy, 3:39 a.m. Monday, near Sprig Lake Road and Hecker Pass Highway for possession of stolen vehicles and conspiracy to commit a crime after police found them hiding near two Honda Civics that had switched hoods and stripped steering columns. Ybarra also had two shaved keys in his shoe, police said.
Felon in possession of ammunition
Bobby David Wells, 39, of Hollister, 2 p.m. Saturday, near San Martin Avenue and Depot Road in San Martin for being a felon in possession of ammunition and possession of marijuana in a vehicle.

A Morgan Hill man’s social security number was used to open a Washington Mutual credit card, which was charged $11,110, between 12 p.m. Aug. 25, 2008, and 12 p.m. Dec. 15, 2009.
Police believe a 21-year-old Firebaugh woman charged $483.62 to her ex-boyfriend’s Chase debit card and attempted to buy tires from Wal-Mart in Gilroy, between 9 a.m. Feb. 6 and 7:30 p.m. Feb. 8.
A Gilroy woman’s checking account was charged $438 without her permission, between 12 p.m. July 3, 2009, and 12 p.m. July 28, 2009.
Auto burglary
The window of a 1997 white Chevrolet truck on the 1500 block of Gilman Road was broken and $200 was stolen from inside, between 8 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday.
About $110 in miscellaneous items were stolen from a 1995 blue Ford Bronco parked at Mama’s Market on the 13300 block of Sycamore Avenue in San Martin, between 5 and 7 p.m. Feb. 2.
The window of a white GMC Sierra truck parked at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., was broken and an iPod and a USB cable were stolen from inside, between 12:30 and 2:10 p.m. Feb. 11.
A iPod Touch and its charging cord, total value of $332, were stolen from a 2009 grey Nissan Cube parked at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., between 8:45 a.m. and 2 p.m. Feb. 11.
A purse, suitcase and several books, total value of $513, were stolen from a 1999 silver Chrysler parked at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., between 12:20 and 1:40 p.m. Feb. 11.
The window of a 2006 white Ford F150 parked on the 14800 block of Center Avenue in San Martin was broken and a GPS worth $500 was stolen from inside, between 8 p.m. Feb. 10 and 7 a.m. Feb. 11.
The windows of a 2000 white Dodge Intrepid parked near Masten Avenue and Manna Way were broken and a stereo was stolen from inside, between 2 p.m. Feb. 14 and 9 a.m. Feb. 15.
The lock of a 1996 silver Honda Civic parked at the sports complex at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., was pried off and a stereo, cell phone, shoes, jacket and cash, total value of $343, were stolen from inside, between 8 a.m. and 7:45 p.m. Feb. 2.
Dumping hazardous waste
About 200 cans of paint were dumped in front of the Quality RV and Storage on the 14200 block of Monterey Road in San Martin, between 5 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Sunday.
Grand theft
Clothing, electronic equipment, jewelry and credit cards, total value of $1,740, were stolen from a residence on the 200 block of Kirby Avenue in Morgan Hill, between 12 a.m. Dec. 29, 2009 and 11:59 p.m. Feb. 11.
Electronics, credit cards and a purse were stolen from an unlocked 2003 white Ford Expedition parked on the 2400 block of Dunlap Avenue, between 9 p.m. Feb. 1 and 7:30 a.m. Feb. 2.
Felony vandalism
Several scratch marks that appeared to have been left by a key were left on the right side and rear of a 1999 blue Chevrolet Suburban parked in Lot A at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., between 7:50 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Feb. 16.
Five windows on a 1980 white Ford van parked at San Martin Meats on the 4800 block of Monterey Road in San Martin were broken, between 7 p.m. Feb. 15 and 9:20 a.m. Feb. 16.
Auto theft
A 1966 yellow Volkswagen Beetle was stolen from the 1600 block of Maple Avenue in San Martin, between 2 p.m. Feb. 13 and 2 p.m. Feb. 14.
A Morgan Hill man’s 1985 black Chevrolet Silverado was stolen from Community Garage and Towing on the 17000 block of Laurel Road in Morgan Hill, between 12:01 and 9 a.m. Sunday. The owner of the tow company believes the owner of the vehicle may have stolen the truck.
Burglary
Police believe a 20-year-old Hollister man took books off the shelf at the Gavilan College bookstore, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., and returned them to the store for cash payment, between 6:42 p.m. Feb. 9 and 5:10 p.m. Feb. 10. Police have video footage and the suspect’s name and driver’s license number.
Found property
A plastic bag with checkbooks and immunization records, a driver’s license and a hypodermic needle were found in a patrol car parked at the Sheriff’s South County Substation, 80 West Highland Ave., 8:30 p.m. Feb. 13.
Annoying phone calls
A Gilroy man and woman on the 11500 block of Kannely Lane have received about 49 text messages threatening to sexually assault the woman, between 10:19 p.m. Jan. 16 and 11:31 p.m. Feb. 12.
