Identity Theft
-An unknown suspect(s), between midnight Oct. 18 and midnight Oct. 26 on the 1200 block of Maple Avenue in Morgan Hill, opened a Verizon account using victim’s information. The victim received a $375.95 bill for a cell phone through Verizon.
Drugs
-Jose Toscano-Garcia, 31, 8:20 p.m. Nov. 5 on the 3400 block of Pacheco Pass Highway in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Suspect was found in possession of 1.5 grams of methamphetamine and a meth pipe.
-Alfred Lopez, 37, 11:46 a.m. Nov. 5 on Chester Street at Monterey Highway in San Martin, for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a dagger.
-Richard David Valenzuela, 33, between 9:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Nov. 3 on Chestnut Avenue at Luchessa Avenue in Gilroy, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of codeine. Suspect was out on bail for a felony charge, attempted to run from officer and had 1 gram of methamphetamine, a syringe with 40cc of liquid meth, three unprescribed codeine pills and two glass pipes.
-Alfredo Arzola, 36, 12:42 a.m. Nov. 3 on No Name Uno at Rucker Avenue in Gilroy, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Vehicle theft
-An unknown suspect(s), between 4 p.m. Oct. 23 and 7 p.m. Oct. 30 on the 1000 block of Pacheco Pass Highway at Casa de Fruta Parkway in Gilroy, stole a motorcycle from a trailer that was parked in front of a recreational vehicle.
Drunk in public
-Robert Joseph Aranda, 29, 1 a.m. Nov. 3 at Monterey Highway at Fourth Street in Morgan Hill, for being drunk in public.
