Kimberly Margaret San Filippo, 47, of San Jose, 4:22 a.m. Thursday, near Old Oak Glen and Oak Glen roads in Morgan Hill for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Possession of a dangerous weapon

Jonathan Jesus Hernandez, 19, of Gilroy, 5:15 p.m. June 18, near Monterey Highway and Highland Avenue in San Martin.

Recovered stolen vehicle

A 1988 white Honda Civic stolen out of Vallejo was found, 1:20 p.m. Friday, on the 13300 block of Sewell Avenue in San Martin.

A 1976 white Ford Mustang stolen out of Gilroy was found, 10:30 p.m. Friday, on the 2300 block of Dunlap Avenue.

Attempted grand theft

The hood of a 1987 white Chevy flatbed was opened and the hoses and clamps of the vehicle’s radiator, valued at $500, were disconnected in an attempt to remove it, between 10 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday, near Kern and Vickery avenues. However, the radiator was not taken.

Vandalism

The rear window of a 1998 black Ford Windstar was shattered and the passenger side panels of the vehicle were scratched, causing $400 worth of damage, between 3:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. June 18, at Borello Farms on the 2200 block of Cochrane Road in Morgan Hill.

Residential burglary

The garage door of a residence under construction on the 13000 block of Llagas Avenue in San Martin was forced open, between 6 p.m. June 15 and 5:30 p.m. June 17, but no property was taken.

A wooden door that opened into the dining room of a residence on the 7900 block of Whitehurst Road was pried open, between 3 p.m. June 5 and 11:30 a.m. June 17, and two DVD players were removed from one room and left on the floor of another. Nothing was removed from the house.

A projector valued at $900 and $1,600 worth of property were stolen from a residence, between 7 p.m. June 15 and 7:30 p.m. June 16, on the 1900 block of Hayes Lane in San Martin.
