Items in this blotter recorded from the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s substation in San Martin.
Drugs
-Marc Stover, 39, 10:32 a.m. Dec. 16 on 1200 block of Maple Avenue in San Martin, for false personation of another and possession of methamphetamine. Stover, who had a “No Bail Warrant” for his arrest, provided the officer with someone else’s social security card and birth certificate as identification. He was found in possession of 1.6 grams of methamphetamine and five methamphetamine pipes. A Mercedes Benz key was located in the bedroom that was determined to be stolen out of SJPD.
-Roderico Rodriguez Ramirez, 44, 11:12 p.m. Dec. 17 on Leavesely Road at New Avenue in Gilroy, for possession of methamphetamine.
-Amber Mary Stites, 35, 10 a.m. Dec. 18 on Llagas Creek at Buena Vista Avenue in Gilroy, for possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers found a glass smoking pipe in a drawer in the suspect’s recreational vehicle.
Grand theft
-An unknown suspect(s), between 9 a.m. Dec. 3 and 9 a.m. Dec. 12 on the 23000 block of McKean Road in Morgan Hill, entered the victim’s property and stole $3,000 worth of copper wire.
Trespassing
-Karen Wigglesworth, 54, between 12:20 p.m. and 12:55 p.m. Dec. 12 on the 200 block of San Martin Avenue at Kimball Court in San Martin, for trespassing. Wigglesworth entered an abandoned house, which was getting ready to be torn down, without the owner’s permission.
Petty theft
-An unknown suspect(s), between 8:45 p.m. Dec. 15 and 9:24 a.m. Dec. 16 on the 13000 block of Sycamore Avenue in San Martin, stole a Honda generator from the side of a residence. The generator was valued at $800.
Residential burglary
-An unknown suspect(s), between 5:30 p.m. Dec. 13 and 6:30 a.m. Dec. 16 on the 900 block of Arizona Circle in Gilroy, entered a locked residence, took miscellaneous electronic equipment and the victim’s vehicle. The stolen items were valued at $2,000.
-An unknown suspect(s), between 7 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Dec. 12 on the 11000 block of Foothill Avenue in Gilroy, entered a residence by forcing open a window, searching the residence and taking the rims, a car key and other items from a vehicle.
Failure to register as a transient sex offender
-Robert Joseph Hernandez, 64, 2:31 p.m. Dec. 15 on Luchessa Avenue at Monterey Road in Gilroy, for failing to register as a transient sex offender.
Vandalism
-An unknown suspect(s), between 11:50 p.m. Dec. 12 and 12:02 a.m. Dec. 13 on the 11000 block of De Paul Circle in San Martin, threw a rock through the victim’s living room window. The window was estimated at $500.
