GILROY—It’s been quite a season for Jacob Moen and the Christopher football team. The senior linebacker and tight end helped the Cougars to a Monterey Bay League Pacific Division title, a Central Coast Section playoff berth, their fourth straight Severance Bowl title as well as retaining the South County Championship crown for the second year in a row.
Junior midfielder Gaspar Figueroa scored on an assist from David Valencia to lift Gilroy High’s boys soccer team to a 1-0 win at Seaside on Tuesday night.
