Lunch N’ Buckets

The indoor soccer tournament was so popular, the Gilroy High Latinos Programs decided to try basketball. Sixteen teams came out at lunchtime for three weeks to play in the Spring Lunchtime Tournament. The Over the Hill Gang, a team made up of GHS coaches and staff including GHS head basketball coach Bud Ogden, assistant coach Jeremy Dirks and former head football coach Darren Yafai, won the championship game 11-8 over Boyz N Da Hood (Marshad Johnson, Vince Giacalone, Tyler Maslanka, Marc Vegas and Jacob Cantu) Monday.
