History: Inspired by the splendid resorts along Mexico’s vast coastline, Tlaloc’s was intended to give the Morgan Hill area a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine in a modern tasteful setting. Tlaloc is the name of the Aztec god of rain and water. Some of that Aztec history is represented throughout the restaurant.
Philosophy: Tlaloc’s is a place to sit down for an exceptional lunch or dinner and transport yourself to another time and place. As the large hand-painted mural captures an Aztec scene, one merely needs to look out the window to see the El Toro mountain and its resemblance to the volcano in the mural. Tlaloc’s is a Mexican Riviera vacation right in Morgan Hill.
