Easter egg hunt fun

Victory Outreach Church of Gilroy presents the third annual Community Easter Egg Hunt Saturday at Christmas Hill Park. Registration begins at 10 a.m. and the hunt begins at 11 a.m. for kids up to 12 years old. There will be an appearance by the Easter bunny, games, prizes, faces painting, a photo booth, food booth and jump house. Details: 848-6715.

– Incarnate Faith will hold a free Easter egg hunt and activities for kids beginning at 11 a.m. Sunday at San Ysidro Park. There will be two jump playgrounds. Kids can have their picture taken with the Easter bunny by a professional photographer or have their faces painted. The egg hunt will begin at 1:30 p.m. and will include 16,000 candy filled eggs and some special eggs with prize tickets that can be exchanged for larger toys and candy. Celebrate the Earth

The South County Earth Day celebration takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, and will include a host of vendors, children’s activities, raffle prizes, a Congressman and a celebrity chef. The free event takes place at the Granary, 17500 Depot St., Morgan Hill. Congressman Jerry McNerney will be available from noon to 1 p.m., Environmental Excellence Awards will be handed out at 1 p.m., and chef Steve Caposio will answer questions and sign autographs from 2 to 4 p.m. In addition, there will be an e-waste drop off location.

Arts and Crafts Fair

Casa de Fruta in Hollister will hold its Spring Arts and Crafts Fair from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Among the different arts and crafts for sale will be candles, photography, woodworking, wind chimes, jewelry, leatherwork, metal art, and country folk art.
