Day of Remembrance
A Day of Remembrance honoring police, fire and emergency personnel, along with victims of 9/11, will take place from 4 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Christmas Hill Amphitheater. The event commemorates the 10th anniversary of the bombing of the Twin Towers in New York, along with two airplanes that crashed at the Pentagon and in Pennsylvania on Sept. 11, 2001. It’s organized by Malcolm MacPhail, city chaplain and pastor of New Hope Community Church.
Peace Concert at Christmas Hill
Victory Outreach presents a Peace Concert at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Christmas Hill Park Amphitheater. 2nd Chance, Fora, Sub-Voltage and more artists will perform. Admission is free. Italian Harvest Festa and car show
The Italian Harvest Festa will feature live music and entertainment from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Uesugi Farms, 14485 Monterey Road, Morgan Hill.
