Wrestling: GHS wraps dual slate with rout of North Salinas

Gilroy High’s wrestling team rode five pins to a 61-16 victory at North Salinas on Wednesday night to end the regular-season dual meet schedule.
Victor Daza, Victor Olmos, Nikko Villarreal, Lupe Jimenez and Mark Penyacsek won by fall for the Mustangs, who also got wins from Jesse Vasquez by technical fall, Paul Fox and Noe Garcia by major decision, and Daniel Patterson and Frank Martinez by forfeit.
