She was the wife of the late, Nestor Garcia.

Mrs. Garcia is survived by her children and their spouses, Socorro and Eloy Arvizu of Gilroy, Julieta Nicholas of San Jose, Jesus and Esther Garcia of San Jose, Sylvia Corral of Modesto, Maria and Tony Hernandez of Gilroy. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Nestor and Eloy Arvizu, Jr., Susan, Scotty, and Cindy Nicholas, Abraham, Dinah and Leah Garcia, Selena and Chucky Corral, Melissa and Corinna Hernandez.

She was the sister of Manuela Gonzales and Alicia Garza both of Monterey, Mexico, and is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great-grandhildren and great-great-grandchildren.

A native of San Pedro, Garza Garcia, Mexico, she was a member of the Church of God Seventh Day in San Jose. At one time, she was the secretary of the Las Rositas Club in Gilroy and she was an avid bingo player.

Evening Service will be held at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 29, at Habing Family Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park.
