DeLorenzo drains game-winner after Supnet steal to lift JV to
52-49 O.T. win
SAN JOSE – Vinny DeLorenzo drained the game-winning shot as time ran out in the Mustang junior varsity boys basketball team’s thrilling 52-49 overtime win over Valley Christian.
DeLorenzo finished with a team-high 10 points along with teammate Dominic Jackson, who tallied 10 points and four rebounds.
Adam Supnet (nine points, three steals) gave the Mustangs the chance to play for the final shot on Tuesday when he picked up a key steal with only 17 seconds left in overtime.
