courthouse Wednesday.
SAN MARTIN – A Gilroy man suspected of entering two occupied homes early Sunday morning made his first appearance at the San Martin courthouse Wednesday.
The arraignment of Robert Heredia, 44, was delayed until Nov. 14. He is charged with two felony counts of burglary, but more charges could be added if an investigation links him to a series of home, garage and vehicular burglaries on Oct. 16.
