DEAR EDITOR:

The war in Iraq is almost over and the Iraqis are jubilant about our victory.

Our troops invaded and conquered them in blitzkrieg fashion. The Nazi German Army of World War II would have been proud of our accomplishment.

It was almost as good as they could have done. But, I am convinced that by the time we have conquered Syria and Iran, our troops will be even more respected than the troops of the Third Reich.

What I am most concerned about is the lack of patriotism back here in the Homeland. There doesn’t seem to be the joy and celebration that one would expect from a nation that has just conquered another nation. We need some form of expression to show our patriotism.

I thought about going around shouting “Heil Bush”, but that somehow doesn’t sound right. So how about “Bravo Bush”? That’s it! So the next time you are out in public and you come up to greet someone, stand erect, raise your right arm skyward, and shout “Bravo Bush”. And at the same time, don’t forget to “click” your heels together twice. Soon everyone will be going around demonstrating our loyalty and patriotism.

And, may GOD still find it in his heart to still bless America in spite of what we have done.
