The Silicon Valley Diamond Dawgs 14U boys baseball tournament team is looking for

Youth golf
The 22nd Annual Beatty Memorial Junior Golf Tournament will take place August 17-18 at Gilroy Golf Course.
The two-day event will start at 11am both days. The tournament will be divided into age groups (10-under, 11-13 and 14-older). Awards will be given to the top finishers in each age group.
The entry fee is $25 which includes golf both days, tee prize, awards and lunch on Wednesday.

Gavilan CAMP
Kids grades 3-8 are invited to attend the Gavilan College summer basketball camp Aug. 9-13 at Gavilan.
Hosted by the Gavilan Rams players and coaching staff, including head coach Chris Shoemaker, the camp is designed to provide quality basketball instruction, including basic skills in a fun atmosphere.
Instruction will focus on offensive and defensive fundamentals, shooting, rebounding, ball handling, passing, dribbling, stretching and conditioning.
Each camper will have an opportunity to use his or her skills in game competition. Sessions for grades 3-5 will be held 9 a.m. to noon, with sessions for grades 6-8 from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Fee is $65 at the door.

Spaghetti feed
Gilroy Chaos 12-under softball squad is having a Spaghetti Feed Thursday night from 6pm-9pm at Dutchman’s Pizza in Gilroy.Tickets are available at the door: Adults $10 and children $5.
Raffle tickets are also being sold at the door. Music will also be provided by Mikey Mike.
