Stories with Pooh Bear
GILROY – Barnes and Noble presents ‘Bedtime Stories’ on Thursday, at 7 p.m. Children ages 3 to 6 are invited to come and listen as story-tellers read several favorite bedtime stories. Kids may come in bedtime attire if they wish. This week special guest Winnie the Pooh will join in for storytime fun!
Garlic golf
GILROY – The twenty-fifth annual ‘Gilroy Garlic Festival Golf Tournament’ will be held Friday, at Gilroy Golf Course, 2695 Hecker Pass Road, from 1 to 6 p.m. Fee of $100 per person includes green fees and shared cart, raffle, great tri-tip steak dinner and an afternoon of fun! Proceeds will benefit local charities.
