Letter to editor: Persecution, crucifixion, strangling, suffocating by city council

Dear editor,
   Your old columnist, my old process server, our former Councilman Bob Dillon, laughed with me this morning at Nob Hill when I bumped into him, about city council’s phoney protest about “War and Peace” public comments, when they blast us constantly with “Encyclopedia Brittanica” sized regulations in city code, which incorporats the entire Code of Federal Regulations and the entire California Code of Regulations.
Their hypocrisy is only exceeded by their disdain for taxpayers, as they run double-standard “businesses” illegally if we did it (e.g., non-GAAP accounting for VTA and Caltrain; Unfair Business Act prohibited below-price services bus and rail; violation of the civil and constitutional rights of voters by unelected, appointed governance at the joint power authorities VTA, Caltrain, COG, etc., etc.,). California local government illegally persecutes small businesses, relentlessly, despite being smacked-down by the unanimous U.S. Supreme Court last term in American Trucking Assn. et al. v. City of Los Angeles, et al.
Join loyal Gilroyans in opposing persecution, crucifixion, strangling and suffocating by city council.
