bride’s family ranch, Scott Valley Angus Ranch, in Etna, Calif.

The bride’s matron of honor was sister Kellie Amaru. Her attendants were Nicole Gibson, Alexis O’Neill and Whitney Pray, all sisters of the groom, as well as Christina Hammond and Jessica Peters, cousins of the bride. Shyla Amaru, niece of the bride, was the junior bridesmaid, and the flower girls were Ashley Amaru, the bride’s niece, along with Roxanne and Olivia Hanna, friends of the bride.
The groom chose lifelong friend Nicholas Filice as his best man. His groomsmen were Carl Hammond, Curtis Hammond and Derek Suetta, brothers of the bride, as well as Robert Borello and Kristopher Pronsolino, friends of the groom. Connor and Brady Gibson, the groom’s nephews, were ring bearers, while Ryan Amaru and Preston Munson were aisle bearers.
The ceremony was attended by 600 guests and was followed by an evening dinner reception.
Carrie is the daughter of Carl and Sue Hammond of Etna. She is a graduate of Etna High School and California State University at Chico with a degree in elementary teaching. She is a first grade teacher with the Gilroy Unified School District.
Judson is the son of Ron and Donna Pray of Gilroy. He is a graduate from Palma High School and received a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business management from California State University at Chico and his master’s degree in agribusiness from Washington State University. He is employed by Pacific Gold Farms in Watsonville.
Judson and Carrie honeymooned in Hawaii and have settled in Hollister.
