Entered into rest in Mountain View. She was born in Los Angeles and lived in San Benito County since she was a young girl. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church and liked to play bingo here and in Reno. Her hobbies were collecting miniature elephants and doing jigsaw puzzles. Her great love in life was her family and spending time with them. She married her husband, Rudy, in 1960 in Tres Pinos.
She is survived by her husband, Rudy Valdivia of Hollister, her daughters and their spouses, Bernadine Valdivia and Manuel Rabello of Hollister and Martha and Juventino Rodriguez of Hollister, her sisters and brother, Amelia Leal of Hollister, Lilly Rivera of Grand Terrace, CA and Jesse Morales of Pomona, her six grandchildren, Eileen Rodriguez, Juventino Rodriguez, Vanessa Rodriguez, Lehandra Rabello, Manuel Rabello,Jr and Josie Rabello and her many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the funeral services with private family inurnment.
Donations are preferred to The American Cancer Society in memory of Mrs. Valdivia.
