been vacated for more than a year now, however, window paint is
still up advertising the store being open.
The former “Soccer and More,” store that occupies the corner of Monterey and 10th streets has been vacated for more than a year now, however, window paint is still up advertising the store being open.

Although the building is in good shape, there are small weeds growing from the cracks of the cement that serve as the back parking lot of the building. It is an empty structure with windswept streamers lining the under side of the roof and is not an exactly inviting sight at the entryway to downtown.

Coldwell Banker realtor Scott Herbert – who said the property has been vacant for about a year and a half to the best of his knowledge – can be contacted about the lease of the lot.
