ago to let the owner know that we would be coming today and about

Today, I took my St. Mary School Extended Care Students to Fosters Freeze for a field trip after school. I had called a week ago to let the owner know that we would be coming today and about how many students to expect.
Fosters Freeze on Monterey Street was absolutely wonderful to us, we brought about 18 students from kindergarten through 7th grade. The owner was very patient with each student as they ordered and counted out their quarters, nickels, dimes and pennies, some students were a little short on cash, but it didn’t matter.
The service was extremely fast and came with a smile, we will definitely be doing this again. Thank you Foster Freeze for making our day extra special!
