California, in partnership with Staples, is encouraging artists
ages 12 to 18 to participate in its sixth annual Young Artist
Contest.
Gilroy – In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Union Bank of California, in partnership with Staples, is encouraging artists ages 12 to 18 to participate in its sixth annual Young Artist Contest.

Entry forms will be available at Union Bank’s Gilroy branch and on the Internet at www.unionbank.com/youngartist.

The contest is open to all youth. Winners will be selected in two age categories, 12 to 15 and 16 to 18. Participants may submit an original 8.5-inch by 11-inch drawing based on the theme “Hispanic Heritage/Culture” to any of the participating Union Bank branches including Union Bank’s Gilroy branch, 805 First St.

The deadline for entering is Oct. 15.
