Gilroy – Malibu Heat improved to 5-0 in Men’s Fall CCC League softball play Monday at Christmas Hill Park with a 16-1 decision over Feather Haven Feeds.

Josh Torres lined a home run, two doubles and a single for the league leaders. Brent Boyd and Brian O’Donoghue each went 4-for-4. Charlie Roe went 2-for-3 for Feather Haven Feeds.

Just Drink It moved to 4-1 with an 11-10 edging of Cali Boyz-SMJ Mechanical.

Just Drink It snapped a 7-7 tie with three runs in the fourth inning. Johnny Andrade and Dave Meacham clubbed RBI singles.

Andrade went 4-for-4, Scott Rader scored three runs and Isaac Hernandez hit a double and two singles for the Drinkers. Paul Bianchi paced the Cali Boyz with a single and two doubles, scoring three runs.

Cencal Autobody Supplies is 2-2 after a 28-4 victory over the Bomb Squad.

Joey Diaz and Shane Aldrete each went 5-for-5 for Cencal. Isaac Seymour, Angel Trujillo, Matthew Garcia and Diaz each scored four runs. Brad Hunter and Roy Ramos each went 2-for-3 for the Bomb Squad.

Los Pistoleros slipped by the Regulators 10-9 Monday to remain unbeaten in Men’s Fall DD League play at Las Animas Park.

The Regulators grabbed a 9-3 lead in the top of the fourth when Jess Lopez Jr. and Homer Garza hit RBI-singles. Los Pistoleros (5-0) responded with four runs on five consecutive two-out hits. Rick Trujillo tripled and scored on a Tito Flores single in the fifth. Eddie Flores and Jose Serrano each singled and scored in the sixth in a Zeke Lopez double.

Eddie Flores and Serrano each went 3-for-3. Art Tomasetti went 4-for-4 for the 2-3 Regulators.

Joe Cano lashed three home runs as the VFW Vets topped the Titans 21-12. Freddy Espinoza and Danny Melendez each homered for the Vets. Ryan Romero went 3-for-4 for the Titans.

Kurt Gitmed went 5-for-5 with a home run to lift Walton & Sons Masonry past New Hope Community Church 31-11. John Serrine went 5-for-5 and Tim Graves cracked two home runs for the Masonry. Joe Rubino went 4-for-5 and Bill Hawkins and Rudy Rodriguez each went 3-for-4 for New Hope Community Church.
