PetsMart Charities is hosting their annual Santa Claws Photoshoot, with all funds collected at PetsMart-Milpitas being donated to FOSMAS.  Pet parents will use their own cameras or smart phones and snap their own pictures with Santa in front of the Holiday backdrop, and donate $5 per pix.  This will simplify the experience and allow more customers to get through the line in less time.  FOSMAS needs to provide one volunteer to act as Santa (18 years or older), and a second volunteer to help manage the line of customers.  Although this is a photo event for pets, we know many families with children will attend to see their pet’s picture taken, so we need energetic people who enjoy working with animals, children, and adults, and will represent FOSMAS with a lot of fun.   Please visit www.petsmart.com for more information.  If you’d like to help with this fun event, please contact Paula Myers at

We hope you, your family, friends, coworkers, and social network contacts will help make these fundraisers be successful so we can help the many critters currently in our care.  We appreciate any help you can give to help spread the word to all your contacts about these events and about our adoptable furry companions, e.g., e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, etc.
