SAN FRANCISCO — Jaden Regallo continues to shine for USA Sports.
The Gilroy gymnasts won top honors for the gym, taking gold on the vault , uneven bars and the all-around in the Level 4 senior division at the Meet by the Bay at Gymtowne Gymanastics in San Francisco on Sept. 12. Regallo also took second in the floor exercise.
But Regallo wasn’t the lone Gilroy gymnast to find success. In the senior division of Level 5, Sloane Pace took second place on the vault and third on the uneven bars, balance beam and all-around. Louisa Mantilla took second on the uneven bars and third on the floor exercise.
Level 3 gymnast Allison Mercurio took home a first place finish in the floor exercise as well as second on the vault and balance beam in the Junior B Division. She also took third in the all-around.
Katie Turk took home a pair of silver medals in the Junior A Division, taking second on the balance beam and all-around.
Isabella Saggau and Elizabeth Oliveira picked up third place finishes in the senior division. Saggaua scored a 8.40 on the uneven bars and 9.175 on the floor. Oliveira scored an 8.975 on the floor.
