pointed a silver handgun with a black back strap at another male
during a fight in the store. The male with the gun left prior to
police arrival and was later identified.

A burglar or burglars entered a closed and locked business on Chestnut Street and removed a 46-inch flat screen TV valued at $1,214 and $2,220 in currency, between 6 p.m. June 21 and 5:14 a.m. June 22.

A thief or thieves stole a 30 gigabyte iPod with a laser inscription on the back that says “hales” and “choose” valued at $200 and a black Belkin Tunebase FM transmitter and charger valued at $50 from Westwood Drive, between 7 p.m. June 16 and 5:45 a.m. June 17.

A thief or thieves stole an Oregon license plate from Gilroy Street, 2:15 p.m. June 22.

A thief or thieves stole an iPod Touch valued at $300 from the Gilroy Premium Outlets on Leavesley Road, between 8 and 9:30 p.m. June 20.

A thief or thieves stole diesel fuel valued at $50 from Mayock Road, between June 17 and June 22.

A thief or thieves stole a car stereo valued at $150 from a 1995 Chevrolet on Carmel Street, between 3 and 6 a.m. June 21.

A thief or thieves stole credit cards, a consulate ID and social security cards from West Sixth Street, 1 p.m. June 24.

Three female suspects entered a store on Camino Arroyo, selected several items of merchandise and exited the store without paying for it, 4:52 p.m. May 9.

Fraud

A thief stole a welfare card from Eigleberry Street, between 12 p.m. June 20 and 9:41 p.m. June 21.

A bicyclist collided with a green 2002 Kia in a minor injury accident on the corner of Princevalle Street and 10th Street, 6:45 p.m. June 23.
