open its newest full service community for seniors, Westmont of
Morgan Hill, in early spring 2010.

This latest addition to Westmont’s planned West Coast expansion will feature a variety of apartment styles, including 67 independent living and assisted living units, all with kitchens. In addition, the new Morgan Hill development will offer 19 suites in its Memory Care neighborhood, according to Westmont Living, Inc. Chief Executive Officer Andy Plant.
“We are excited about providing full service senior living to the Morgan Hill community,” Plant said. In making the announcement of the new facility, Plant noted that, “Westmont’s Team Members are hired for their commitment to the welfare of seniors and trained to help provide an enriching lifestyle and convenient, quality services to our residents.
Cathy Eskandari, executive director said their objective is to positively impact the lives of seniors and their families.
“We focus on the basics of delivering excellent personalized service and care,” she said.
Among the amenities planned for Westmont of Morgan Hill, is The Fireside Restaurant featuring gourmet food prepared under the supervision of their executive chef. The restaurant will be open daily for the enjoyment of residents and their guests.
The Morgan Hill property will also encourage an active lifestyle for seniors with programs that consist of a range of fitness, crafts, cultural, and life-long learning opportunities.
“We believe that meaningful experiences are a key element of a great lifestyle,” Plant said. Additional amenities will include an on-site movie theatre, a bistro, a hair salon, and a fitness center. Apartments are pre-wired for high-speed internet and cable television. Pets are welcome at Westmont of Morgan Hill.
While Westmont of Morgan-Hill offers a full complement of services and amenities, accessible transportation will be available to residents of Westmont of Morgan Hill for off-site appointments, shopping, volunteer activities, or visits to a neighborhood restaurant.
