Thanks to Kat Teraji for her recent articles about the library. When Kat asked me to tell her about the library, I told her stories about what we do.
Libraries are no longer only storehouses for books. Librarians work with people and communities, not just collections. In fact, libraries can change lives. It’s nice when a journalist puts a human face on a public institution and does it so well.
