Priscilla Cramer is the new HR director for Community Solutions. 

Community Solutions, a leading South County social services agency, announced today that Priscilla Cramer has been hired as the agency’s new Director of Human Resources.

Cramer comes to Community Solutions with more than 20 years of experience in human resources in the high-tech, healthcare and retail industries. She joins the agency from The Permanente Medical Group in San Jose, where she was the Senior Physician Human Resources Consultant.

Cramer has also held several management positions for companies including Bloomingdale’s, AVCOM Technologies, Quantum Corporation and Nortel Networks. In these positions, she has used her expertise and skill in organizational behavior, employee relations and compliance to achieve goals such as reducing cost-per-hire, increasing retention, reducing turnover and reducing the overall number of complaints made within the Human Resources departments. Cramer holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and is a San Jose native.
