Dear Editor,

You should really figure out what you are talking about before you write things. That’s why you are writing for the Dispatch and not a real newspaper.

If you only listen to stuff from local people that are mad because they aren’t getting Little League business, you should investigate why. The local business were charging three times the cost of outside vendors. We, as a non-profit, are required to get three quotes for stuff we buy.

“Local” vendors weren’t even in the ballpark pricing. Another issue is that the local vendor that isn’t happy actually employed a board member which is a huge conflict of interest. So next time you want to write some negativity about our organization of volunteers, get your facts straight.
