GILROY – The four-league Gilroy Community Services Department adult basketball program begins Tuesday with a doubleheader at Solorsano Gymnasium.
The Men’s C League offers Triple Threat and Gaeta’s Taqueria at 7:15 p.m., with FFC and Pizza NStuff playing the 8:15 p.m. game.
The Women’s League plays Wednesdays, including the 7:15 p.m. opener between Sparks and defending champion Above The Rim. R.J.Dyer Real Property Investments will play Williams Dental Lab at 8:15 p.m.
The Men’s D League action is divided between Wednesday and Thursday nights. Headstart Nursery and Cordevalle play at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday. Pro Electric-Gavilan Honda-Rio Nio takes on Beale Properties at 7:15 p.m. Thursday.
Men’s E League play is held on Thursdays. The Sand Pit and Playaz meet at 8:15 p.m. Thursday, followed by the Titans and Gilroy Young Plants at 9:15 p.m.
Each league has a six-game first half, with a second half played after the Christmas Holidays. The Championship Series is played in late February. Every game in the adult program is scheduled for the new Solorsano Gym.
