Jason Methot

The California Highway Patrol last Thursday arrested three males, all in their 20’s, who are suspected of stealing two computers valued at $1,300 from the Walmart off Cochrane Road in Morgan Hill.
Nicolas Cooper, 22; Anthony Rangel, 23 and Jason Methot, 22; all of San Jose, allegedly committed the crime “to support their heroin addiction,” according to a Morgan Hill Police Department release. The trio is charged with burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary.
In the police account, Methot remained in his vehicle while Cooper and Rangel entered the store and swiped the computers before fleeing in a red Chevrolet S10.
After a “be-on-the-look-out” notice was broadcasted to surrounding law agencies, CHP officers located the suspects near Highway 85 and U.S. 101.
They are being held in the Santa Clara County Main Jail.
