Sammut led all Cougar receivers with three catches for 131 yards and two touchdowns in their 41-2 win over Alisal on Oct. 24. He has five TDs so far this season.

Gilroy’s No. 1 doubles team won both of their matches against Monte Vista Christian (2-6, 6-3, 10-8) and Notre Dame (6-2, 6-4) on Oct. 21 and Oct. 23, respectively.
