Three seats on the Gavilan College Board of Trustees are up for grabs in the November election, one each in the Gilroy, Morgan Hill and San Benito County areas.

Police arrested three people early Tuesday morning on allegations of burglary and using drugs after an officer saw them driving suspiciously through a Morgan Hill neighborhood.

It's the eyesore that just won't die. The train yard near Old Gilroy and 10th Street continues to be a blight to the area with piles of garbage rising into the foreground of a nice view of the Eagle Ridge development (northwest of the eyesore).
