Three men who called police for assistance after they were assaulted at gunpoint and their marijuana garden was robbed, might find themselves being prosecuted for illegally growing pot on a rural north Morgan Hill property, authorities said.
The Gilroy Police Department Anti-Crime Team executed a narcotics bust that resulted in the discovery of more than 450 illegal marijuana plants with an estimated street value of approximately $1.4 million.
The west Morgan Hill man accused of killing and eating a bobcat pleaded guilty to the illegal possession of cockfighting tools and possession of methamphetamine, among other charges, according to authorities.Â
