UPDATE: Murder suspect's arraignment moved to San Jose courthouse at 1:30 p.m. Thursday.

Antolin Garcia-Torres' mother, Laura Torres, sobbed outside her home at Maple Leaf RV Park when she thought about her son being taken away and charged with the murder of 15-year-old Sierra LaMar, a crime she is certain he didn't commit.

Volunteers continue to search for Sierra LaMar almost two months after she was reported missing from her north Morgan Hill home, and her family remains grateful for ongoing fundraising efforts organized by numerous people from the South Santa Clara County community. 

Labor contracts covering thousands of Nob Hill, Raley's and Bel Air workers have been extended again, as supercharged negotiations on a new pact continue into their fifth month.
