Raffle To Benefit
Girls’ Softball Team
Grade Point Average (G.P.A.) and Sports, a non-profit girls’ softball organization, will be selling raffle tickets outside of Nob Hill, 777 First St. in Gilroy, every Friday through Monday in April.
The sale will be held from 3 to 7pm on Fridays, 8am to 5pm on Saturdays, 1 to 5pm on Sundays and 3 to 7pm on Mondays.
Tickets cost $2 each or $5 for 3. The prizes are a shopping spree at Nob Hill in the amounts of $150, $250 and $500. The drawing will be held on May 2. Participants do not need to be present to win.
Proceeds will help pay for the cost of the Gilroy Stanford Cardinals’ softball games.

Come Discover Nature At Henry Coe State Park
Henry Coe State Park, 9000 E. Dunne Ave., will hold:
• “Basic Skills for Interacting with Nature” at 10am. Move into the flow of nature using skills perfected by the Native Americans.
Mike Meyer will teach you a few simple skills, including stalking and wide angle vision. Plan to spend 3 to 4 hours, and bring snacks and water.
• The evening program “Natural History of Coe Park” at 8pm. Winslow Briggs, author of The Trails of Henry W. Coe State Park, will reveal the harmony of the plants and animals that thrive in Coe Park.
Gavilan Joggers And Striders Running Club
Meets at 8:15am every Saturday at Christmas Hill Park, near the entrance. Jog two to three miles including short track workout.

Biking Group
The Health Ministries Program of Gilroy Presbyterian Church is sponsoring a Biking Group every Saturday, at 8:30am, leaving from the parking lot by First Street Coffee House, located at the corner of First Street and Westwood Drive.
Men and women of all skill levels are welcome. Shorter, recreationally paced short loop rides will be followed by longer, more challenging loops.

Friends of the Morgan Hill Library hold a used book sale on the first Saturday of the month from 10am to 5pm and on the third Wednesday of each month from 10am to 6pm in the library meeting room, 17575 Peak Ave., Morgan Hill.

Flower Lovers’ Club
Morgan Hill Flower Lovers’ Club will hold it monthly meeting on Wednesday, April 6 at noon in the Morgan Hill Community and Cultural Center, 17000 Monterey Road.
Fresh flowers will be flown in from Hawaii by Tupou Braz for her flower demonstration. Polynesian dancing will follow.
