Chelise has entered the gates of heaven to join her “Papa” Paul M. Medina, after losing her battle with Pulmonary Hypertension.
Chelise was born in Long Beach, CA – moving to San Jose CA at the age of 8 years old. A graduate of St. Christopher Elementary School, Presentation High School and attended the San Francisco Academy of Art College.
Chelise dedicated her life to sharing joy and love with everyone she met.
Chelise will be missed and always loved by Mary Ann Medina (mother) and Richard Medina (brother).
Chelise touched our lives through her kindness and love. She has joined the chorus of Angels to always live in our memory.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Lung Association in Chelise’s name are appreciated.
