â– Teresa Alvarado. Teresa has been involved in South County, particularly Morgan Hill and Gilroy for several years. She knows the issues in District 1 and has valid ideas on how to address them. She has the most currently elected and previously elected official endorsements from District 1 and she is the right leader for the future.
â– Wasserman because he has the best track record of all the candidates in both the public and private sector.
â– Teresa Alvarado. She is bringing new perspective to the board, and hopefully is a quick study or she will be lost in the bureaucracy and be the minnow in the ocean.
â– Teresa Alvarado, she seems genuinely concerned about and involved with South County.
■Mike Wasserman – supported by Santa Clara Association of Realtors
â– Teresa Alvarado. Teresa will do what is best for South County and Gilroy because she knows the issues here. Teresa has been a long time member of the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce (Even though the Gilroy Chamber endorsed Wasserman) and is a graduate of Leadership Gilroy.
â– Wasserman. I like his practical, down-to-earth approach. He also has local ties which would help Gilroy have his attention. And I like his energy and enthusiasm.
â– Peter Arellano. Gilroy needs to continue having a presence on the board.
■Teresa Alvarado – she is well versed regarding the needs in South County.
■I am not familiar with any so I will choose Thomas Kruse – yeah, you know why!
