The Gilroy Sister Cities Association has a selection of leftover flowers and herb plants that were used to decorate Garlic Festival booths. These will be on sale at "bargain" prices today until noon at LJB Farms, located at 585 Fitzgerald Ave. in San Martin, according to 2013 Festival President Dennis Harrigan.
