We would like to thank the members of the Desperado Club for their charitable work on behalf of the Gary Filice Memorial Fund. There is some consolation in knowing that such a tragic event in our lives has initiated a positive force in the community. Gary’s love for his family, friends, sports and his hometown is honored by the contributions of the Desperado Club.
We are impressed every year with the effort that goes into the annual Valentine’s Day fundraising dinner by the men and their wives. The outcome has always been outstanding. Thank you to every one of you. You each hold a special place in our hearts.
We would also like to thank The Dispatch and Zeb Carabello for his thoughtful reporting.
